We intervene in the sale of a detached residential house, which is located in an excellent location only 3 minutes drive from the main road between Slovenj Gradec and Mislinja (3 minutes to the Defol service station).
In addition to a good transport connection and the proximity of all the necessary infrastructure, the house offers a lot of privacy and is an excellent opportunity for all nature lovers who like to spend time outside.
Access is arranged by an asphalt path, which is regularly spliced in winter.
The house (approx. 1/2 of the house) was built after 1962 and thoroughly renovated in 2010. The other half of the house was built after 1991. Total floor plan approx. 300 m2.
