Let yourself be tempted by a getaway to Vaux-sur-Mer and discover the jewels of the region: visit Royan and the surrounding villages, board sports, relaxation in Thalasso... After a day of discovery, return to your pied-à-terre with all the necessary comforts, you will have a large living room with a dining area and a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a master suite, two bedrooms, two shower rooms as well as a large terraced outdoor area articulated around the swimming pool with a relaxation area, a summer kitchen and dining area. Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with extra charge just like the beds made. Duvets and pillows available The house: On the ground floor: - A large living room bright thanks to large bay windows giving access to the terrace. It is furnished with a dining area with a reception table that can accommodate up to 8 guests as well as a lounge area with a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. - A modern kitchen, open to the dining room and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle, microwave, wine cellar, toaster, coffee machine... - A master suite with direct access to the terrace with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, two sinks, a hairdryer. - A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. - Separate toilet. Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: a double bunk bed 140 cm x 190 cm (sleeps 2 people). - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin. - Separate toilet. Exteriors: You will find a large enclosed outdoor area of 70 m2 fully terraced which revolves around the swimming pool. Facing south, the wooden terrace is equipped with a summer kitchen with a gas barbecue, a plancha, a pergola and outdoor furniture that will allow you to enjoy a pleasant meal in the sun! It also has a relaxation area with 4 sun loungers and a swing chair. The orientation of the in-ground pool (7 m x 2.30 m) will allow you to enjoy it from May until the end of September. It is heated during this period.

- Warning: parties are forbidden - At the front of the house, an unenclosed space can be used to park up to 2 cars. - Bed linen and towels provided. - All children's swimming is the responsibility of their parents. - A second refrigerator is located in the pantry. - There is a wine cellar in the accommodation. - You will have a total of 4 TVs as one in the living room and one in each bedroom.
