Sleeps a maximum of 6 people (ideal for 4 adults + 2 children). About the property: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with only 2 floors, access is via stairs. It consists of: living and dining room with sofa bed, full kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of the bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds together, the other with 1 double bed. It has a huge terrace connected to the lounge, where you can make all your meals and enjoy the excellent views of the Resorts golf course and gardens. In the living and dining room there is a cozy area to relax with sofas, one of which is a bed, an LCD TV with cable channels, free Wi-Fi internet and a dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, from ceramic hob, oven with grill, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher and utensils for 6 people. The bathrooms have a bathtub and a hairdryer. The water is heated by an electric water tank. For your safety, the home have first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen. For your convenience, the house has iron and ironing board, bed linen and bath for all guests, weekly cleaning (every 7 days), vacuum cleaner, broom and shovel. Air conditioning is also available in the living room and bedrooms. Our services: For your convenience, we offer a wide range of services. You can rent a car, book your transfers or buy your tour or water park tickets with us, upon your booking or during your stay. Reservations: To guaranty your reservation is required a 30% down payment by bank transfer or credit card, the remaining 70% are paid by bank transfer or credit card up to 30 days before check in. A deposit of 400 is required to cover any damage or any dirt above normal. This deposit is payable in cash on the day of entry or by credit card up to 14 days before the check in date. This 400 deposit is returned on the checkout date if paid in cash, or up to 7 days after check out in case paid by credit card. The owner delivers the key directly to customers at the check in. The payment includes all water expenses, electricity, condominium and cleaning. Check in in July and August a minimum of 7 nights stay is required.
