The architecture of the villa combines modern design with elegant champagne tones of gold-colored aluminum joinery, the shades of which blend with the stone walls that surround the villa.
All the walls around the villa are covered with original Brac stone in a cyclops connection.

The walls are covered with diamond plasterboard panels, the bathrooms are equipped with high-quality sanitary ware with beautiful lines without moldings. The pool is equipped with a white mosaic that provides a turquoise blue color. The pool is heated and has a built-in preparation for swimming against the current.
Rooms for pool equipment are separated and serve as storage. All valves are separated in the outer part of the house, to make use easier.
