- a laundry room with a drying room and a roof window on the south side equipped with a soaking tub, dryers in the walls and ceiling, and a recess for a bookcase;
- bathroom with entrance from the hall, equipped with a corner bathtub (with the possibility of taking a shower) and a glass screen, which can be folded (KLUDI faucet), a washbasin with two drawers (OMNIRES faucet), an illuminated mirror, a toilet, a concealed set from GROHE, a built-in storage compartment for toilet paper and a brush.

Carpet floors in the hall and rooms. The walls in the hall are covered with plaster and illuminated wallpaper. In the study, there is plaster, openwork, built-in boards and wallpaper on the walls, plaster and wallpaper in the other two rooms, plaster and wallpaper in the bedroom, wallpaper and furniture board imitating wood in the bedroom.

SPECIFICATIONS:
The house was commissioned in 2017, in traditional technology made of ceramic hollow brick, insulated with 15 cm polystyrene and plastered with noble plaster. The roof is insulated with polyurethane and covered with ceramic tiles. A roof with a wide eaves illuminated by LED around the entire perimeter, which creates a unique atmosphere around the house. In the plinth part of the house, every few meters there is an electrical socket integrated into the façade, so it is invisible to the eye. The building has a basement, a large attic and two terraces paved with concrete blocks. The whole house is lit by one switch at the main entrance door, at the three patio doors and at the direct passage from the garage to the house. The house was finally finished in 2022. The materials used to finish the interiors are exclusive and original. An open space with different functions is combined by a uniform finish of walls, ceilings and floors, making the interior coherent, consistent and harmonious.

WINDOW AND DOOR JOINERY:
Throughout the house, triple-glazed HS PVC windows in double-sided graphite color, triple-glazed wooden windows in the rooms, triple-glazed PVC windows in the bathrooms and laundry room, anti-burglary glass in the basement. Utilities: electricity, water, power, ecological domestic sewage treatment. Throughout the house in the living area underfloor heating and hot water through a heat pump.
