Mkuze is a small town in northern KwaZulu-Natal, approximately 350km from the city of Durban. It is along the N2 road en route to Gauteng, and some distance from other small towns such as Jozini, Hluhluwe, and Pongola.
The 3319m² under-roof building is situated on a 10731m² plot, and surrounded with 1.8 meter electric fencing and steel palisade fencing for additional security. An electric remote-controlled gate gives access to a large yard area which is ideal for collecting and delivery. There are 16 units in the building.
